My intentions.
through my travels as a geology undergrad at the university of Wyoming I have learned that the public, and more specifically the students, have fears about Yellowstone. I want to go through and clarify some facts and misconceptions about this supervolcano. I may get very in depth to show how hot rock flows under Yellowstone. I will also go into some of the research going on and why its important to not get to worked up about the Yellowstone super volcano.

I read the book 2012 this summer and it talked a lot about the Yellowstone super volcano. I know that the whole idea of 2012 is a little "fluffly," but it really was a good read. I would love to hear why we should not get so worked up about this cause it got me a little concerned. I can be pretty gullible at times...idk.
